Field Hockey

In 2024, Field Hockey experienced a rough regular season.  The women ended the season with only three wins, twelve losses, and four ties.  The Fischer Cat's did win their home opener against Hoffman University with a 4-2 score.  The team also improved towards the end of the season as they had back-to-back wins against Sorrell College and Guider University.  Unfortunately, the squad could not make it three straight as they lost the final regular season which was also homecoming against Kriss College.  The squad was also neck and neck with Fox Tech, Brown University, Caniff State, and Adelberg University as these matchups resulted in ties.  Unfortunately, the team did not enter the SNEC playoffs this year.

Men’s Soccer

In the Men’s Soccer inaugural season, the squad impressed with an (8-6-5) record.  The team opened the season with three consecutive ties, finally winning their first game away at Somosky College.  They followed that game with their first home win against Carver College.  The men did not receive their first loss until October 9 against Puiia State.  The team is disappointed in themselves as they finished their last five with four losses and one tie.  The team was excited about half of their wins coming against conference opponents, as they were named the #1 seed in the SNEC playoffs.  Unfortunately, the team lost in the first round to Brown University.
